Vendor Form - Parkdale Music Crawl & Street Festival 2026

This form is for all vendors interested in a spot at the Music Crawl & Street Festival, on Saturday, August 22, 2026. Each vendor will be provided a table (6'), a tablecloth and 2 chairs under a shared vendor tent (10'x10'). To apply as a vendor, you must be 18+. Please provide your full legal name. *

All food vendors MUST have a valid Ontario Food Handler Certificate and a Food Safety Inspection Reports (FSIRs from Public Health). Please upload your certificates here or contact Toronto Public Health for more information at (416) 392-0999.

Please describe what you will be selling at your table. If you are not a Parkdale Village BIA member, we will be prioritizing handmade arts and crafts and food products (no onsite cooking, no alcohol, preferably room temperature) that Parkdale Village businesses do not offer. *

If selected, we will charge NON-FOOD vendors $100+HST ($113) for 1 table, 2 chairs and a tablecloth, and FOOD vendors $150+HST ($169.50) for 2 tables, 2 chairs and 2 tablecloths for all of Saturday, Aug 22nd between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Do you agree to be a WHOLE DAY and OUTDOOR vendor under a SHARED (for non-food vendors) tent? *

As a NON-FOOD vendor, do you want 1 additonal table, tablecloth and 2 additional chairs under the same tent for a total cost of $200+HST ($226)? *
